Where are you located?
We are located in Chennai, a city in the southern part of India. Chennai is India's second IT hub and is the regional headquarters for a number of large multi-national companies
When was the company established?
The company was founded in the year 2000 and has been growing steadily ever since.
How many employees do you have?
We are constantly growing and as at April 2011 we have just under 200 employees. Growth is currently limited by the availability of affordable office space within the city.
Who owns the company?
The company is owned by two shareholders. One is Indian and the other one is British.
Do you have offices in America?
No, we do not have an office in America but we do have a US number you can call to save on international call costs - alternatively we can always call you at a convenient time

Can I come and visit your offices in India?
Of course, there are usually one or two clients visiting us at any one time. We can show you around the city, take you shopping to get some bargains or organize some tours if you plan to come for an extended duration. We can also arrange accommodation (from basic to luxury) along with a car and driver to make your stay easier. Often clients come and work directly with the programmers, in such cases we arrange desk space next to your team for you to work.
What are your working hours?
Our development working hours are from 6am to 10pm India Standard Time (over two shifts). This equates to 1:30 am - 4:30 pm GMT and 8:30 pm - 11:30 am EST. However, our Customer Relation Managers and Sales team are available until 8:30 pm GMT and 3:30 pm EST. If you require a team to work to your office hours then this can be arranged.
What are all your communication channels?

Do you have separate teams for design, CSS, development, testing etc.?
Yes, each person is specialized to a particular task, so developers don't code in CSS and testers don't do development. However all the staff have basic skills in each area so they can take care of minor issues, for example a developer can do some quick testing.
Do you offer a hosting solution for my project?
Yes, we have our own servers setup and managed by a team of experts. Our hosting solutions are suitable for all but the largest of websites and can handle huge amounts of space and bandwidth requirements. We charge a flat rate of $500 per year. This includes all the management and upgrades.
Do you offer SEO services for my project?
Yes, we can provide SEO and Internet Marketing services for all clients to help promote their sites after it has been finished.
What frameworks do you use?
We use various frameworks depending on the client requirements. For the most part we use our own framework which has been developed over 6+ years and is proven to be able to handle tens of thousands of users. If you require a specific framework like Cake PHP or Code Igniter then we can also work with you on that.
Do you do CMS development?
Yes, we can create a content management system for you. We can either custom develop something from scratch or use a platform like Joomla, Drupal or Wordpress to speed up development and deployment.
How can I pay for my projects?
We accept international bank wires in a variety of currencies, including USD, Euro and GBP. We also accept all major credit cards and PayPal. We can accept cheques in foreign currencies but these are liable to processing and realization fees.
Will you sign an NDA for my project?
Yes, many of our clients now insist upon NDA's being signed and we are happy to agree to this.
