INTERNSHIP AT AGRIYA

What are you going to do? What will be your shift? What is the typical day at Agriya like? 

  Basically, internship would focus on online marketing and business development, mainly for Agriya’s software products.  But you will see that your tasks will be multiples and diverse.  One day won’t be another.    

  You may be the team leader for new projects, starting with market research and ending with establishing a business and strategy plan to run our new product.  Between those two steps, you will lead the designers, content and programmers team, assuring that they understand you and work in the time that you fix.    

  Let’s check your typical day:

10 AM: You arrive in the office, and salute everybody.  Switch on your computer.

First thing to do, checking your agriya’s mailbox for any updates about current projects from coworkers.

You can take your one-hour lunch break whenever you want.

7 PM: Shut down your computer, and leave the office.  Be ready for the Friday’s night party!

Schedule can be changed if you want, you can start earlier or later; at Agriya, you really manage the time by yourself.

  A traineeship in Agriya is more than gathering knowledge about a certain matter. Throughout your traineeship you will have observed many odd business procedures or seemingly strange work ethics, but these observations make the experience of working in an Indian company complete. One can learn a lot from them whether it is to learn ‘how to’ or ‘how not to’ do things.

  Finally, the atmosphere here is one of collegiality and friendship and we appreciate that a lot in Agriya. No formal dress, occasional opportunity to work from home, no addressing people as ‘Mister’ and a close-by management, even ready to have dinner or some beer with you.
