1. What payment methods do you accept?

Volume is a piece of software that enables you to run your own niche music site bringing together bands, artists and fans. It’s kind of a site like what MySpace was before it became too commercialized. It enables the various acts to build up a loyal fan-base who can find out about their latest gigs, listen to their music and give reviews.

2. Can I pay by bank wire?

This may be possible, please speak to our support staff who will be able to assist you further. Please note that you will be charged an additional fee for what we incur from accepting a bank wire.

3. Can I get a refund if I'm not happy?

Refunds are given in exceptional circumstances where it can be proven that the script is not functioning correctly. Refunds cannot be issued, if the customers simply change their mind.

Delivery

1. Can I download the software instantly?

We approve all payments manually due to past fraud concerns. This is usually done within an hour during office hours. If it takes longer than this, please contact our live support who will be able to help you.
