1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards through PayPal, 2 Checkout, MoneyBookers and ePassporte.
2. Can I pay by bank wire?
This may be possible, please speak to our support staff who will be able to assist you further. Please note that you will be charged an additional fee for what we incur from accepting a bank wire.
3. Can I get a refund if I'm not happy?
Refunds are given in exceptional circumstances where it can be proven that the script is not functioning correctly. Refunds can not be issued, if the customers simply change their mind.
1. Can I download the software instantly?
We approve all payments manually due to past fraud concerns. This is usually done within an hour during office hours. If it takes longer than this, please contact our live support who will be able to help you.
2. Do I get a physical copy of this software?
No, we distribute our software by digital means only. The software box is only representative of the software.
3. Do you provide updates?
Yes, all customers are entitled to lifetime updates.
