Reseller Terms and Conditions

This document lays out the terms and conditions associated with becoming a reseller for Agriya’s products or using our products as a white label solution.

Agriya Product Affiliates

Our affiliate program is the simple, free way to start earning a large amount of money from the software industry.

The program is setup to pay affiliates 20% commission on all product sales that they generate. The way it works is very simple, you sign up for an account, we provide you with a unique link, if someone clicks on that link and continues to buy one of our products, you get credited with 20% of the sale.

If you make just 1 sale per week for Rayzz, that’s an extra $320 a month your business can earn. Some of our top affiliates are able to make 1 or 2 sales a day and earn over $2000 a month.

Reseller Terms Overview

Becoming a reseller of Agriya’s products means that you can sell our products to your clients for a price that you specify.

We do not have a long list of terms that we ask our resellers to adhere to, but some of them are listed below:

• You must register with Agriya to become a reseller (details below)
• For every copy of our script that you sell, you must purchase a license from our Customer Ordering System. The more licenses that you ‘pre-pay’, the lower the cost per license:
  • Single License - 0% Discount
  • 5 Licenses - 5% Discount
  • 10 Licenses - 10% Discount
  • 25 Licenses - 25% Discount
  • 50 Licenses - 50% Discount
• You can make a payment by PayPal, Credit Card or Bank Wire
• You can mix and match the licenses, so you can buy 3 Rayzz licenses, 1 Anova license and 1 Kootali license
• You may set the price you want to your customers
• You cannot rebrand or rename the products, they must be sold with their existing product names
• You will be responsible for any pre-sales questions
• Agriya will be responsible for all post sales questions, technical support if required
• Agriya will provide software updates within our customers area and it is the responsibility of the reseller to ensure that their client scripts are kept up to date
• You may not spam or use any unethical means to promote your website or our products

Whitelabel Terms Overview

Becoming a whitelabel reseller of Agriya’s products means that you can not only sell our products to your clients for what ever price you set, but you can also brand the products as your own – there is no reference to Agriya or our brand names.

This has huge benefits, such as:

• Zero product development costs – your budget can be spent on marketing and advertising purposes
• Zero product development time – you can go to market as soon as you are ready to go, rather than waiting on your product to be developed
• Zero technical knowledge required – you don’t have to be a programmer, just market and sell the products!
• Build your own brand name – you can differentiate yourself or market the product in what ever way you want, and don’t have to have any association with Agriya or our product brand names
• Free technical support – we will provide whitelabel technical support to fix bugs in our scripts
• Set what ever costs you want – if you think we’re grossly underselling our software, you can charge whatever price you want and since it’s a whitelabel solution, people can’t compare your prices to other resellers.

There are hundreds more benefits from being a whitelabel reseller for Agriya’s products, but if you are interested in being a reseller, we’re sure you already know this!

We do have a number of terms and conditions that you must adhere to in order to become a whitelabel reseller.

• You must apply to become an authorized whitelabel reseller for Agriya’s products
• You agree to pay a one time fee of $4711.86 which covers the price of all the products and related modules
• You agree to pay a annually recurring fee of $2500 to continue reselling the products
• You can purchase licenses from our site at the advertised price
• You can also purchase licenses on a pre-paid basis. You can pre-pay for a certain number of licenses which you can then sell at the price you decide. The more licenses you buy, the greater the discount you receive.

  • 5 Licenses - 15% Discount
  • 10 Licenses - 25% Discount
  • 25 Licenses - 35% Discount
  • 50 Licenses - 50% Discount
• You can make a payment by PayPal, Credit Card or Bank Wire
• You can mix and match the licenses, so you can buy 3 Rayzz licenses, 1 Anova license and 1 Kootali license
• You may set the price you want to your customers
• You can brand the products under what ever name you would like
• You can completely change the default design
• You will be responsible for any pre-sales questions
• You will be responsible for any post-sales questions
• Agriya will be responsible for technical support, if required
• Agriya will provide software updates within our customers area and it is the responsibility of the reseller to ensure that their client scripts are kept up to date
• You may not spam or use any unethical means to promote your website or our products

Setup Costs

There are no setup costs to become an affiliate or authorized reseller for Agriya’s products.

In order to begin whitelabeling Agriya’s products, you are required to purchase brand removal rights to set up your whitelabel reseller account and have permission to resell our software. The initial setup cost is $4711.86 USD.

Recurring Costs

There are no recurring costs for affiliates or authorized resellers of Agriya’s software. For whitelabel resellers, there is an annually recurring cost of $2500 USD which must be paid in order to continue receiving support and updates from Agriya as well as permission to continue reselling Agiya’s products.

Product License Costs

This table presents the license cost for each of our products. As an affiliate you do not need to purchase any licenses for the sales that you make, however, you are not able to set your own prices. As a reseller, you will have to purchase a license for each copy that you sell, although we do not set a limit on how much you actually sell it to your customers for.
