Recommended Hosting Partner Terms

We are on the constant lookout to find good hosting partners that we can recommend to our large client base. The requirements for hosting companies are fairly simple:

• Your services must be able to meet the requirements of our software. Some of our software requires at least a VPS or dedicated server as
  • Rayzz
  • Kootali
  • FLV Player
  • QuickCam Pro
  • Volume
  • Anova
• Your company must be registered in the country in which it operates - what we mean is that we won't recommend a host that is just someone's part time job or used for an additional income. Your company must be registered with a physical address and dedicated support staff.
• Your prices must be reasonable and competitive and inline with the general competition

Recommended Design Partner Terms

Our customers appreciate good design, and we're happy to recommend a company that can provide them with exceptional designs for their site. Whether it be for ready made templates or custom design solutions, we are interested in hearing from you. The terms of our design partners are as follows:

• You must provide above average designs to our clients - please submit your portfolio and Agriya will judge whether your design skills match the requirements of our customers
• You may set what ever price you feel the market can afford
• You will be provided with demo copies of our software - but the source will be encrypted and 'locked' to the domain you choose. Several features will also be disabled to prevent commercialization of the free demo.

Modules Partner Terms

We know that there are a number of extremely talented people out there that can literally weave magic with their code, so we are interested in hearing from you! If you are interested in developing modules for any of our software (and keeping 100% of the profits), check the terms below and if you are in agreement, shoot us an email!

• You should not develop modules that Agriya is already selling
• Agriya agrees not to develop competing modules
• You may set the price of your modules
• You are responsible for the technical support of your modules and keeping them up to date when we release new versions of our software
• Agriya will link to your site from one of our web pages
• Reports of poor support may result in the removal of your link from our site
• You will have to purchase a copy of our software to test your modules on

Affiliate Terms and Conditions

If you run a website and would like to earn a little extra cash, then consider joining Agriya's affiliate program and start earning 20% commission on all product sales that you send to us! Some of our affiliates like our friends at comparethebrands.com earn well over $1000 a month just from putting a link on their site. Check the terms below and go ahead and signup for a free account!

• You will earn 20% commission on every sale you send to Agriya - high volume affiliates may earn more
• You will be able to check your earnings from your members area
• Payments are made by PayPal at least 60 days after the end of the month
• You must have earned $75 in commissions to be paid otherwise your earnings will roll over to the next month.
• You may not use any spam, methods that could be construed as spam or any other underhand, unethical methods to promote our products
• You may not refer yourself to buy our products

Product Resellers Terms

Agriya is keen to find resellers for our products and has some favourable terms to encourage this. Please review the terms laid out below:

• Our reseller program is operated on a pre-paid basis. You must pre-pay for a certain number of licenses which you can then sell at the price you decide. The more licenses you buy, the greater the discount you receive.
  • Single License - 0% Discount
  • 5 Licenses - 5% Discount
  • 10 Licenses - 10% Discount
  • 25 Licenses - 25% Discount
  • 50 Licenses - 50% Discount
• You can make a payment by PayPal, Credit Card or Bank Wire
• You can mix and match the licenses, so you can buy 3 Rayzz licenses, 1 Anova license and 1 Kootali license
• You may set the price you want
• You cannot rebrand or rename the products, they must be sold with their existing product names
• You will be responsible for any pre-sales questions
• Agriya will be responsible for all post sales questions, technical support and software updates
• You may not spam or use any unethical means to promote your website or our products

White Label Reseller Terms

Agriya can provide a full white label reseller program where you rebrand and rename our products to your own requirements. You can set your own prices and your clients will never have to deal with Agriya.

• There is a one off setup and registration fee of $10,000 and an annual fee of $5,000. This is to discourage people that are not serious about the business
• You are responsible for all the support, pre-sales and post sales questions
• Agriya will provide your customers with all the updates, fixes and bugs for the software that you are selling
• You will use our API to create licenses
• You can purchase licenses at a flat 50% discount
• You may set the price that you want
• You may rename and rebrand the software that you sell
• You may include your own link in the copyright notice
